（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北21日電）呂姓工人年初在大巨蛋體育館施工拆板模，卻不慎墜落骨折，事後怒告遠雄及包商。台北地檢署認定包商有疏失，今起訴包商負責人等。
呂男提告指出，他施工時身上沒綁安全帶固定，周遭也無護網、護欄等安全措施，導致他從高處墜落，全身多處骨折、椎間盤突出。事後，他控告遠雄負責人趙藤雄、包商等人涉業務過失傷害。
檢察官調查後認為，大巨蛋各營造廠發包給不同包商，各包商分層負責，認定趙藤雄沒有責任，但呂男所屬包商的曾姓負責人和負責勞檢的江姓、徐姓員工有過失，今天將3人提起公訴。1040421
